Terms and Conditions of Epsilon’s Free Customer Experience Assessment (CX Assessment)
This CX Assessment is open to companies within the European Union and the UK, is subject to availability and at the discretion of Epsilon. The offer expires on 20th September 2019. It is offered with no obligation for you to purchase services from Epsilon. Epsilon will require a call to hear about your objectives, as well as your pain points.
Epsilon makes no representations nor warranties regarding the condition of any work product developed and services provided in the CX Assessment Epsilon’s aggregate liability to you for any loss or damage arising under or in connection with the CX Assessment, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) for breach of statutory duty, or otherwise shall not exceed £1,000.
